Prenatal classes

It's human nature to want to be prepared. We want to be prepared for any eventuality and this helps reduce stress, especially when it is a major event like a pregnancy! At Physio Etc. prenatal courses are different from what you are used to. Focusing mainly on the course of pregnancy, delivery and the postpartum period, the courses are comprehensive and different from the usual courses that focus only on delivery and adaptation with the newborn!
